Your GPU is holding you down. It is just way to weak to run PCSX2, not to speak of Kingdom Hearts 2. I haven't played this game much yet (should go at it soon^^), but I think this is a rather demanding game. You can tick the "Native" at the GSDX configurations, which will surely give you a boost. But don't expect a really playable speed, this won't be possible with your GPU. You could try the software mode, which gives all the work to the CPU. Perhaps this might be faster for you. But your CPU isn't so great either, so don't expect much of it.

IIRC KH games are in league with FFX, as in 'easily playable 3D RPG', unlike Suikoden 3.
But with that kind of configuration, it'd be nigh impossible to get full speed.
