Ok am trying to access this part of the site http://forums.pcsx2.net/attachment.php?aid=12025 but for some reason i can't can someone help me out please i really need the plug-ins directory for PSX2 please and thank you very much in advanced

That link is for a logo of the OLD PCSX2 playground. No idea why you want to access that or why you think the plugins are there. Everything downloadable is in the downloads section (obviously)
