Might it be possible to sticky the "Will PCSX2 run fast..." thread in the Hardware section? It's already stickied in General but I think a lot of people will visit Hardware to check if their hardware is capable of running PCSX2. They might also limit searches to just the Hardware subforum, in which case, they might not find the sticky.
