first of all wanted to say that I have done everything already read 1000 tutorials and still not solve my problem:

I set Pscx2 good but when I play PES 2009, beginning at the wheel more normal time the game gets lag.

My computer is:
AMD Athlon ™ X2 Dual Core 3250e 1.5 GHz
ATI Radeon HD3200
4 GB Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium
Directx 11 installed

With these settings was not good for running?
