its very slow...
i have computer like this:

cpu vendor: authenticAMD.
family: AMD Phendom 9500 quad-core.
CPU SPEED: 2200.
card: geforce 9600 GT.

what am i need to define in plugin?

but keep in mind your cpu is a bit slow for pcsx2. Don't expect miracles.

maybe this game is more GPU demanding. In that case, set gsdx internal res to native.
Otherwise, overcloking or changing your CPU could help.
