hi,
today i try to play suikoden 5 but the fps drop low during cut scene. How can i speed it up? fps is 25-30 fps during cutscene.
my pc spec
intel core duo E7500 @ 2.93 ghz
1 gb ram
ati radeon 4600 series
window xp sp 2
pcsx2 version ?
plugins settings ?
NTSC or PAL that's important too in some cases
it NTSC. using pcsx2 0.9.6. i try with various setting but still same
use 1.5 speed hack got bit speed improvement but whenever cutscene it will drop to 20-30 fps.
Try full speed hack that means EE Cycle rate should be 3 also I believe try using the r1888 beta its public release so you can get help on it
oh and one more thing I have been toying around with the alpha builds(0.9.7 beta) and I don't remember if there was a VU Cycle Stealing hack in Speed hacks for 0.9.6 so if it's present try setting it to 1 first and then two cuz it *might* solve your problem or create another one also tick all the other speed hacks.
NOTE
ometimes it WILL cause the emulator to display false FPS
now the emulator suddenly got problem .It stuck when it load the game.it happen after i set the speed hack to 3.0 but i set it back to 1.5 or disable it but still stuck.
am i able to play this game with these specs i love this game just bought this laptop i didnt have much money so i need to know if i need to just give up or not and just buy a ps2
