I hope this is the last thing I need help with XD

I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix "layering".

Here's my issue:

As you see [in the first image], there's 2 "images". There's obviously another 'behind' the one here in front.

[attachment=23538]

In the Second you can see clearly this new one that's supposed to be in front but...

[attachment=23539]

The first remains in front.

I wondered if there was a fix or specific plugin for these issues, or if this was beyond PCSX2's current ability, or what.

Any help D:?

just use the attachment function instead of linking.
Okay, updated with the attachments over the links
thats a known issued on DX9 renderer.....if you have a DX10 card use the DX10 renderer it will solve that...

*EDIT*
look my attachment as DX10 mode
try using d3d software it may fixes your problem but you will get really low fps

I downloaded direct X 10, it didn't help O-o that or I keep getting the wrong thing downloaded -somehow-

And really low FPS is unbareable, I'd rather live with the fact I'd need to keep swapping sometimes to see what I'm picking...

you have to be in Vista or 7 and your graphics card is a DX10 compliant...in order to use DX10 renderer.
i forgot my screenshot i just edited on post#6

...You're screwin' me. God darnit isn't there a workaround to get DX10 Renderer working for older XPs? Usually people do this sort of thing as a hobby so there should be.
