Well you're CPU etc. are good. But your gpu seems to be on the weaker side.
I haven't played KH yet so can't really tell.
If you can't play it at good speeds your gpu might me bottlenecking you
you won't get alot of speed out of that GPU, I do have a thread of setting I used with my 8400GS, so you could try those if you want.

any information for best setting of my kingdom hearts game?
gpu: nvidia geforce 9400 gt 1gb
cpu intel pentium dual core @ 2.6ghz (not overclocked)
please post your settings for kingdom hearts and probably ffx too(low fps on aeons animartion w/ ffx)

Kingdom hearts should be working fine with the default settings, do you have problems currently? If so in what settings and what problems?
For FFX try ticking the "native" option in GSdx.
I'm having a few problems in Kingdom Hearts myself. So far, it has only affected the cut scenes, but it might become a problem in the future. Even the cut scenes themselves work just fine and run at about 60 fps (same as in-game speed) except for when there is a lot of light on the screen (such as some of the first cut scenes when Sora, Kairi, and/or Riku are talking and staring at the sunset) and the fps suddenly drops to around 7. My graphic settings are at their default for the latest version of pcsx2. What settings should I be looking at to fix this? As a separate issue, what should I be looking at to fix sputtering during blur and particle effects?
