The memory card detection fails at the start and during the game.
The EMU says Enabled & Yes = Formated
well i am not sure what the emulog means but have you formated your memory cards inside the ps2 bios?
If you made a memory card bigger than 8MB it's possible the game just doesn't like it, are you sure the card is formatted/working?
Not sure about that, however other games do work with the memory card setup.
Two memory cards are found by other games.
Setup:
Win 7 x64, 4 GB, Q9650 @ 3601 Mhz, 260 Geforce Nvidia

What does the memory card manager in PCSX2 says, are they bigger than 8mb? If so try with a 8MB one.
Both memcards are 8MBs.

if you don't have anythign saved on them, delete them and let PCSX2 remake them and see if it works then (be sure you boot the BIOS to format them)
It works now.
I had to acquire another BIOS dump and reformat.
