when the in game graphics are shown i get this wierd display problems, it moves around like the glitches in the display dont stay still they move. kind of hard to explain. however when it goes into cinematic cutscenes i dont have this problem.[

It's only the videos and they work fine if you set GSdx to software mode.
i did that and it worked but it made the graphics quality go way down.
As I said it's just for the cutscenes / videos. After these are over you can switch back to the hardware renderer.
Use older pcsx2 version, f.e rev 16xx. DMC(despite a few crashes) is perfect, along with cutscenes.
Yeah you're free to do that. No support from here then though.
