As you all know they are both emulators.
I would like to know what are similarities in implemented functions and which one is more advanced.

As you all know apples and oranges are both fruits.
I would like to know what are similarities in implemented colors and which one is more sweet.

I think pcsx2 is more advanced and more complex,because ps2 is more complex console than wii

Dolphin started as a gamecube emu, it later evolved into a wii emulator
