Hi. Today, I tried to play WWE Smackdown vs Raw (2005) in PCSX2, but got around 20-25 fps in 1 vs 1 match in game. But 60 fps continuous locked during menus. I tweaked all possible settings, but still couldn't get better. At one setting, the framerate was varying between 20 and 45. But didn't get better. There was no much change in framerate between Native resolution and 1024x768 internal res.
My system configuration is as follows,
AMD Phenom II X4 [email protected] ghz,
4 GB DDR3 1600 (3.2 Usable due to 32 bit os)
Radeon HD 5770 1 GB, stock clocks. (bundled catalyst 9 series drivers)
XP pro 32 bit.

I had thought that this system would run it atleast at 40 fps. Is there anything I can do to improve it? Newer GPU drivers? Please help. Thanks.

Maybe uprading for Windows 7 would help cause you could use DirectX 10 which is way faster than D3D9 at the moment, if im not wrong.

The problem got away. I reinstalled pcsx2 and ran it in a different user account. 1 on 1 match runs at 100% speed without any speed hacks. I think that user account that i had tried earlier had some problem.
