I install the lastest beta and install the lastest direct x but when I run pcsx2 to play a ps2 disc I have for example yugioh the duelist of the roses it gives me a error message saying
Root directory not found on iso image name: IsoFS
and also im using a legally bought game

On CDVD set it to Plugin. Then Config->Plugin/BIOS selector->Plugins, on CDVD select Gigaherz CDVD plugin and then select the drive letter your disc is in.

could you please provide screenshots of your plugins config, the console log, and the error itself ,
