will it run with a good fps with games i legally bought

2gig RAM
AMD sempron m100 2GHz
AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Raedon HD 4200
Depends on what you wanna play. It might work with 2D games and 'light' 3D games.
Everything else is your problem. I think you won't get any more support here.

And no, far too weak CPU & videocard. You might manage Final Fantasy X with speedhacks and native resolution but that's pretty much it.

LOL.....No i do have a fair few ps2 games that i bought and would like to play again but i didnt expect much,
