Hi I have Tekken 5 NTSC and I can run it with 50 FPS.
But if a get Tekken 5 PAL, will I run it in full speed? With 50 FPS.

NTSC full speed 60 FPS

No. It will run at about 42 to 45 fps.

Emulators are not native PC games. Regardless of framerate, the emulator does roughly the same amount of work every time: emulating 299 million cpu cycles. PAL games can sometimes be slightly less load on your GPU, but this is usually not helpful.

Furthermore, PCSX2 compatibility on PAL games is still less than its compat on NTSC games.
