where do i get the bios and so on and so fourth?

you have to dump it from your own ps2

read the official guide and also the documents inside 0.9.7 beta on how to do it

i have a fat ps2 and my usb drives wont work so its kinda hard and none of my friends have a ps2

there are several methods mentioned there something must work for you probably, also you can search google for more methods, if you cant use your bios then you cant use the emulator also

like what methods i cant really find any unless there is some way to download a bios wait i downloaded the newest bios for the ps2 and i dumpped it and oit didnt work so idk what to do
