I am trying to play Kingdom Hearts on my computer. The game loads up and runs but there are points where the framerate drops and it become really laggy. I am playing the game straight from the disk. I have this same problem with Kingdom Hearts II.
Here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
2.21 GHz, 3.00 of RAM
Physical Adress Extension
Window XP Service Pack 3

Is there anyything I can do in order to improve my framerates. Also I was thinking about downloading Kindom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. Would that game need different configurations since it is downloaded. Suggest anything. Thank you.

downloaded games are not supported so use your discs only, make an iso from them using imgburn (google it) and it will make loading times better.

your cpu is very weak even maybe for that game and you never mentioned your gpu.

also pcsx2 version and settings (all with screenshots)

A cheap video card would make a huge difference
