Hello guys,

I'm VERY new here, i don't know its a right place to ask this question Tongue
Just trying to play Shinobi NTSC U on
Core2Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4CPUs) / 3GB RAM / NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT

Its pretty slow (like around 40 fps) and Mortal Kombat Armageddon NTSC too

Is there any specific settings on PCSX2 0.9.7 (r3113) or need to any settings on my PC?

its on Vista 32bit Home Premium

Thanks in advance
set gsdx internal res to native (your gpu's abit weak for pcsx2)
set both clamp modes to none and use some speedhacks to get a little speedboost. (you cpu's a bit weak too)

thanks mate Smile it helps a bit Laugh
The CPU is great, the GPU is weak...
Bumping up the frequencies on either would help, but overclocking is all at your own discretion.

er... 2.4ghz isn't that great. ok for not so demanding games, but weak for demanding ones.

Very true, there wouldn't be a problem for compatible 3D games like Final Fantasy but when it comes to games like Metal Gear Solid 3 and God of War then clockspeed on Core 2 and Core i7 makes all the difference in framerate.
