So my computer runs perfectly on DBZBT3 until you get to the battle seens..Can someone possible give me a configuaration for my pc. so it can run 100%.

the cpu should be ok
what is your GPU ?
that cpu is ok for one player battle only,if you wish to play two player battles you will need something higher than 2.70GHZ,maybe an overclock to 3.5 at least

Is it normal that with my spec's I have 30-45 fps in game 1 Player Mode with all the "recomanded" speed hacks activated the last svn and 1024x1024 D3D int res ?
(is it possibleto remove the flickering screen problem with a plugin or a a setting ? = simple method)
thats beacuse you have a laptop with that turbo thingy wich is not to good for pcsx2 i believe
the turbo is good i think..It highers the clock whn needed ..what ever...
yeah is good overall for pc games though,but as for pcsx2 is not good at all,it can cause performance hits
