I'm from the Balkans, sory to grammatical errors.

I have 0.9.7. Pc Statistika :
CUP : Intel dual core 2.20
RAM : 2 GB
Grafik : Geforce 8600 512 mb
HDD : 320 GB
OS : win7 64 bit

I have a problem fps with a game : dragon ball z budokai tenkaich 2,dragon ball z budokai tenkaich 3, dragon ball z infiniti word itd..

Had a fix for this problems ?

Try enabling Speed Hacks.

Is there a program that increases fps ?

Besides the program itself, no.

z3r0, actually might exist such program, or maybe just a PC BIOS tweak, they all deals with overclocking

Really it's the CPU the main bottleneck there and the games themselves play a major role, like PC games each PS2 game has its own requisites in machine powers and not all are perfectly emulated yet. I do not have any of those games you want to run but know from reports they aren't among the most behaving and easiest ones.

PS: Still I fear only the overclock will not be enough for some games, physical limitations can't be overcome by software, sad but reality.
