my version of pcsx2: 0.9.7.3113 may 29 2010
my graphic plug in settings :



ISSUE:
there was supposed to be some icons and a health bar but it doesnot look like one
what is this error/bug called?

It should probably go away with DX10/11 Software mode, but it will be quite slower.

kk tried software mode. but now i have half the fps i used to with hardware mode

I'm afraid there is not much else you can do. If you have a quad core CPU you can set 'SW render threads" to 3 in GSdx for a nice speedup.

You can try frameskip (shift+f4 while playing) to speed up in software but it may end up in choppy gameplay.
