Can someone tell me why RPG games require low specs in PCSX2 and games such as Tekken which dont have lots of view in them require a good pc?

I am curious

Try games like Xenosaga 3,Valkyrie Profile 2 or Legaia 2 Duel Saga(all of them are RPGs)and come ask again.
The genre doesn't matter how good a game will work

Not to mention suikoden 3, when I go to the menus, my fps drops to 20.>.<
