Here's my bizarre dilemma,

1) I accidentally deleted my memory card
2) I have a save state for the game, but it's in r3113
3) The save state happens to be during the final dialog of the game - which freezes at the end and so I am unable to save the completion data

So my question is - is it possible to take the save state from r3113 and load it in r3878? (In hopes that r3878 doesn't freeze at the same place r3113 does.)

Nope, it's not compatible and you can't convert it unfortunately.
