I tried to play 7 sins but when i click on run cd/dvd the screen turns black and the game doesn't work. Can anyone help me to fix it please ?

PC specs? PCSX2 version? PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? Any kind of error in the output/console window?

Supposedly playable in 9.7 so if you dont have that grab the latest beta and try again. Also you need to provide a lot more information. Post your settings/plugins.
