A tool which can export/import settings as an Accelerator file,Only support PCSX2 at the moment.Also has some functions to manage game images .An Accelerator file for <<Phantasy Star Universe : Illuminas no Yabou>>comed with this version.

Note:
this tool may changed your emulator settings,so make a backup before use it.
