I have everything running fine apart from my gamepad. Neither the d-pad or analog sticks seem to work properly with any games (the game pad is fully working).
I am using ZeroPad, is it a problem with this or is there a better plug in I can use?

Having the same issue with my wired xbox 360 controller it will map fine but it wont work in the game any help?
That used to happen to me. I found that after I map them, then start the VM, it wouldn't work, so I quit the app and rerun it. It worked then.
Nope. Still not working. This is frustrating as its the only thing that dosent work!
Well, none that I could find, except, you could use Boot Camp.

Perhaps a screenshot of the configs you are using for the controller?
