My card is capable of running DX11 even though it doesn't officially support it thanks to the compatibility features of DX11.

I can run world of warcraft in DX11 and get massive FPS increases...

I was wondering how come I can't select DX11 in PCSX2?
You're probably missing one of the updates needed for it to appear, check the first post in the GSdx thread and check that you have everything there:

What is your graphics card and what exactly do you mean with "can't select it" does it appear and you can't click it or what?
It doesn't even show at all, it just caps at Direct X 10, and I have everything listed required to run the plugins.
Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+

i think only Radeon 5xxx can use that DX11 at this time.

I would be surprised if the 9800 GTX+ could use DX11 features, as it is a DX10 GPU.

I would also be surprised, if the DX11 nVIDIA series (the G10x and G110) couldn't use DX11 features of GSdx.
Is it ONLY the radeon or would a GT 425M(Which has official native directx11 compatible hardware) also work with Gsdx11?
the 9800 is not a directX 11 card it is a directX10 card.

anything after the series 9 card is directx 11
i know my nvidia gtx470 is a dx11 card
Is all "400" series directx11?

Yes it should only show DX10 for you because that's the max your card supports, DX11 games are just using DX10 features in your card with the DX11 runtime, and will only use DX11 features (like tesselation) in cards that support them.
It's the same with GSdx, it's using the DX11 runtime but only DX10 features, right now it doesn't use DX11 features even on DX11 cards so don't worry about it.
For NVidia, all 400 and the new 580 cards are DX11 capable.
@Chase_Payne: A 9800 GTX+ is not a DX11 card. That's why you cannot use DX11 even if you have it.

For ATI, all HD 5000 and HD 6000 are DX11 capable.
