I've a HTPC media center with E8500 and i wanna know if pcsx2 will be playable with a Geforce EN210 (i must buy it) 512Mb plus my processor @ 3.33 ghz.

Remember ATLEAST 128-bit video cards are recommended.............
Most games won't be nearly close to fast enough with that card. The ones that will be fast will be limited to native resolution and in fact running in software mode with that CPU may be faster for other games.
I wouldn't consider it playable but depends on the user and game really.
Your 8800 GTS is loads faster than that GeForce 210. If you're wanting a low-profile video card (in case of HTPC case constraints), either the GeForce GT 430 or Radeon HD 5570 would work much better.
