How do i delete save file when i saved it by pressing f1?
when i found it in pcsx2 folder i deleted it but it appeared again when i play the game
You probably didn't delete the right one, unless you mean a memcard save (that's a different one than the savestate you made by pressing F1).

If using 9.7 beta simple enter the "CDVD" menu from the main page and select "No Disc", then run the program to enter bios. Here you can manage your save files just like a normal ps2. I think you can also do it with another program called Mymc, but Im not sure.
