I just recently got a new Toshiba, I'm new to pcsx2 and I could use help configuring it to run correctly on my system. The main games I'm concerned with are Resident Evil 4 and Dark Cloud 1&2. I'm not sure what specs I should give so I'll list basics:
OS: windows 7
Processor: Pentium Dual-Core T4500 @ 2.30GHz
Graphics card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
RAM: 3GB

what exactly is your problem ?

when I play the games they rather slow.. I was hoping for a way to configure pcsx2 to run faster with those games specifically. Is that possible or is my system not good enough?

no it can't achieve decent speed..sorry to say..
CPU and GPU really weak for this emulation..
