Hey,

Playing some games, mostly GT4 my EE % listed at the top of the emulation screen goes to 100% quite often, especially on turns. My GS % stays below 50-60% the whole time. What I have read is that this means my CPU is probably holding me back, however my CPU usage never even goes over 45% and is usually in the 20-30's. What is wrong here that my CPU isn't being used yet my EE percentage is reaching 100%. This causes huge slow downs in turns. The only game I really get this with is GT4. My main question is why isn't my CPU being used fully if it needs to be, and is there anyway to fix this.

depends on what your CPU is.
if it's a tri or quad core, pcsx2 will anyways use only 2 cores.
that's why your task maanger only shows that 50 % (2/4 cores) are used fully.

Hmm, I guess that is it, I am using a quad core processor. It still hasn't gotten to 50% usage ever, but its a good enough explanation for me, thats a shame . Thanks for your help anyway.
