Hey im new to pcsx2 and i've looked up alot of videos on the best settings for pcsx2 so it will run at full speed. Well on Sly cooper 1 its running really slow like 30 fps in most places. On the videos i looked up they were running 60 fps constantly with worse computers than mine. I've also played WII emulations and im always at 60 fps. Here are my spec's:

Intel i7 quad core @ 2.8ghz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 260m 1 gig graphics card
4 gigs of RAM
Windows 7

Is it my computer or am i doing something wrong?

are you running in batteries??
if so try plug-in the AC cord

can't be trusted.
Videos aren't played at the speed you're supposed to have ingame.

Can't be compared to pcsx2. Dolphin requires less raw power than pcsx2.

giving us your pcsx2 settings & version, some screenshots, would help us a lot.
