After I beat the game, the Treasures feature appeared in the menu but I can't view the movie in Treasure. When I press Play, all the movies only show up the same cutscene where the Undead Legionnaires busted out from the hold of the boat at the start of the game. Is it a bug?

It's a bug with PCSX2, most probably incomplete IPU emulation. Don't think there is anything you can do about it
