I'm currently using the version 0.9.7
the question is that how can i change the snapshots size?
right now the snapshots which pcsx2 takes are too wide

If you're using GSdx's internal snapshot feature it will depend on the internal resolution you set so try reducing the width.
You can also try taking pics with external apps like FRAPS.

the problem is that I cant pause the game
so its hard to use an external app to take snapshots

Uh no?
FRAPS for example let's you take pictures just by pressing a key same as PCSX2 does and you don't have to pause in either case (FRAPS uses F10 as default I think but it lets you change the key to whatever you want).
