Install PCSX2 0.9.7.beta 3878. Dump your BIOS. Select gsdx sse 4.1.Use native in settings.
Turn on recomended speedhacks,put ee cycle rate on 1. Leave defult on spu2-x. Than configure lilypad.

Anyways you need to mention what processor you have. just saying i3 won't help. I3 cpu's have a wide variety and you need to have the full name. Also, mention your OS.
You can get the fullname in DXDIAG too.
