what is the difference between null ( null ) and null ( software ) in gsdx
null
as i know it dont do anything ( it a null )
so why there is null ( software )

It renders nothing so it shows more FPS, I guess they test something with it.

but why it is software and what is the different

One render nothing with your gpu, the other render nothing with your cpu

dosent a one null is enough

It is for debug and dev (except if you are blind).
