I was wondering if people have lower fps then normal with this game, played quite some games with this emulator so far and never had any fps problems besides this game. The movies and battlescreens have 0 lag but just running around in the world gives me like 49-52ish fps wich is playable but laggy. i tried using speedhacks but it doesnt seem to make any diffirence(using 0.9.7 beta version)

Played SH2 and 3 and there i have the normal 59-60fps.

This game only works well in software mode. Press F9 ingame to toggle between hardware and software.

It seems u are right, tried it and fps went up to its normal value, pitty it makes the game a bit blurry in this mode
