Can someone give me a good sound plugin for this game?
And how to config this plugin?

GSdx already comes with the emulator, just make sure you're using it.

It would help if you show us your PCSX2 and plugin settings as well as telling your PC specs and what problems you have so we can try to help.

You're using a modded version of the emulator, can't help with that. try either the recommended latest beta or the old stable if you want some help.

You also haven't said what problem you have with the game yet.

Well the problem is:
The games sometimes in slowmotion, or speededup or its normal.
And same with the sound.
And i have the 0.9.6 its the same as this,and same problems

What about latest beta?
And keep in mind gta games are quite demanding.
