I had to reformat my computer and re install and configure PCSX2. I lost all my game saves and saves states and was wondering 2 things...

Can I download save state files or memory card files and place them in the folders and have them just "work"???

Where would I be able to download these files (mainly looking for final fantasy 12 save)

Yes, you can. But there might be problems with Save State files, if they were created in an older version of PCSX2 than yours.
