I put in my FFX disc, and i recieved:

You need to make an ISO from your disc. Use Imgburn to do that.
Once you've made an ISO of the disc, your simply need to browse for it and select it. Do this in the CDVD drop-down menu of PCSX2's main window, in the "Iso Selector" section.
