I guess i'll start with my system specs.

AMD Phenom II x4 940(3 ghz)
4g ram
Radeon 4850 512MB vram

Graphically slow in certain parts, using hacks does help a bit..but i'm wondering if anybody knows the best settings for it already?

bumping for great justice and hope that somebody has the best possible settings worked out.

You're already using speedhacks, that's about it for the slowdowns. Do you have any other problems?
