You're most likely not going to get good results from your specifications, but you could try using all of the speedhacks in your emulation settings (under "config") to get better results from your CPU. As for your integrated graphics, really the best you could do is set your resolution to "native" in the GSdx plugin settings.
PCSX2 is very resource-hungry. In fact, even the most powerful CPUs overclocked cannot run the most CPU-intensive games on PCSX2 (such as Shadow of the Colossus, for example) without speedhacks.
