Not sure why this is happening, but when I try to change my custom window size, it does not stick. I have the Aspect ratio as 16:9 Widescreen and my PCSX2 folder is not read-only. Every time I try to change it to 1920x1080, it reverts to 1904x1032 upon closing/opening the program again yet the PCSX2_ui.ini has 1920x1080.

This does not hamper anything whatsoever, it is just a minor annoyance.

This is not a bug. The screen size does not include the title bar and screen borders so you will not get a 1:1 window resolution.
