when I run persona 3 fes it only runs at 20-40 fps the game is in slow motion help!!!!

specs:
OS: Genuine Windows® 7 Starter 32-bit
Model: Presario CQ56
Processor: Intel® Celeron® Processor 900

• 2.2 GHz, Level 2 cache 1 MB
DirectX version: DirectX 11

Graphics:Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M, up to 797 MB total available graphics memory

my emulation settings are:
EE/IOP
EmotionEngine: Recompiler
IOP: Recompiler
EE/FPU Advance Recompiler Options: Chop/Zero
Clamping Mode: Normal

VUs
VU0: microVU Recompiler
VU1: microVU Recompiler
VU0/VU1 Advanced Recompiler Options: Chop/Zero
Clamping Mode: Normal

SpeedHacks:
EE Cyclerate:2
Vu Cycle Stealing:1



GS Plugin is: GSdx 4600 (MSVC 15.00, SSE3) 0.1.16 [gsdx-sse3-r4600]

I'm new to pcsx2 so please help!!

2.2 ghz is slow.
your GPU won't help either.
try setting gsdx internal res to native & some speedhacks.
but don't expect miracles with that pc
