You can't see it too well in that video, but random objects will just...flicker kinda like that sometimes and I can't figure out why =[. It runs at a constant 60fps (except it kinda lags in battle sometimes =[), but I've tried messing with a bunch of random settings and it still keeps happening.

You using a laptop I take it? Is it an intel based card? If so, you may be better off using DX9 or maybe even using software mode.

yeah it's an intel graphics laptop. software mode does fix it up, but the resolution is so grainy now =[ oh well, gotta deal with something i guess lol. thanks 8]

Hmm, was that a speedhack related glitch? I forgot. I've seen it before once though
Try disabling the EE and VU cycle speedhacks if you have them enabled.
