Can i play Naruto ultimate ninja 5 or others games on this Laptop?
Intel processor 2.1 GHz
3 Gb Ram
256 Video card . I wait the answer .

Can't see this part on compatibility list, but saw people run it on PCSX2 in youtube, not sure about their specs.

Not even sure about your specs what intel processor this is? Single core? Dual core? Even for dual that's a bit slow, but probably you could run a few less demanding games. And what's your GPU? You know memory of the card doesn't say much.

If that's something integrated or intel graphics then you can probably gave up already, but really it all depends on the games you have and wanna play.

highly no....near 0%
if that is a dual core then it still slow 2.1Ghz is not enough for pcsx2. if that is a ordinary P4 CPU then it will run like a turtle equivalent of Vmax 1~4 FPS.
and that video card is also weak for pcsx2.

suggestion:
get the modern PC now.

that said, Naruto Ultimate series aren't That demanding.
Maybe you could achieve near playable speeds with some speedhacks.
