does this happen in gsdx sotware mode (F9 key)

Enable/disable Logarithmic Z from GSdx(the problem is gone in DX10(I think)but since you're on XP,you can't use DX10 even if you have video card that support DX10

I think it's not DX10, I believe it's doesn't work on XP. This logarithmic is enable.

ok, then moved out of bug reports

XP doesn't support DX10 and enabling/disabling(I don't remember which one)fixes this problem(well almost...there is a problem with this game and Logarithmic Z on DX9...enabling it,fixes one thing but break another and the other way around but I think I read somewhere that this problem is gone on if you use DX10)
