is there any quicksave/load problems in 0.9.8 r4600. last year, i used 0.9.6 i can use quick save by pressing F1 and quickload by pressing F3. but now i can neither quickload or quicksave. now when i press F1 and F3 then nothing happen. please help me everybody. sorry for my bad English
If i remember correctly PCSX2 0.9.8 does not have tat shortcut.

Nope, lol it has:]. It works without any problems. Is there any warning or error in your log after you press F1 in-game? Could be yet another windows Vista/7 writing privilege issue
, soo also a question where you installed it? You can try downloading windows binaries from here
http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php unpack it to for example c:\PCSX2 and run from there, it has portable.ini file which allows all settings and saves to be created inside it's folder by default.
