8 gb of ram
gtx 470 GC
Ive tried different plugins configs im just running out of options

Try the hidden Alpha (or Offset) hack,
or,
Use software rendering (toggle with F9 during gameplay).

I'm pretty sure one of those things will fix that. Smile

didnt work.
f9 didnt do anything noticeable.
neither did the hack. unless there some special way to activate it.
Hmmm... Make sure the game's window is the active one when you push F9.

Post a screen-shot of your Video (GS) Plugin Settings....
done
also to make double check
anything else i should check to see if the alhpa hack/offset hack is on?
Try with the latest SVN build, there's some hackfixes for burnout games

Just as a note, the sky will be missing unless you start the game in software mode.

Edit: BTW, you are using a very old version of GSdx in that pic.
says 32 bit only
im running 64 D:
also are you able to provide a link for the latest one?
A 32bit can still work on 64bit. Tongue

And it's always the latest. In fact, there's been 3 new commits since you posted.
PCSX2 is ONLY 32bit
