We are having trouble getting PCSX2 back on my sons computer. For some reason the emulator got erased from his computer. I am having major problems getting the emulator to work or even open. We get as far as the last stage, where the prompt to add BIOS appears. The procedure stops at this point. Do we have to completely clean the computer of all past PCSX2 to get back to working order.

You need to have bios files in correct folder(or simply choose the folder which you keep your bios files) to pass that window. You can read the guide in english or if it's not your native check if it was translated.
